What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
I'm hoping to leave you with how customer-led-growth can improve your marketing efforts, from strategy all the way to campaign execution, and how your reviews can play a vital role in every part of that.
Why do you think it is important to shine the light on the role of the CMO?
I think it's so important to shine a light on the CMO role and bring everyone together. It's such a vital role today and changing really quickly. And so, I think, as a result, it's also one of the more misunderstood roles.
Which other sessions are you looking forward to watching at the Chief Marketing Officer Summit?
I'm really excited about all of the sessions at the Chief Marketing Officer Summit. If I had to pick one, it would probably be the best tools to manage and optimize data-driven marketing strategy.
