About the speakers

Jon loves all things FinTech, DeFi, product marketing, growth, storytelling & data. He believes Web 3.0 represents the opportunity of a lifetime, but it'll require some work to get everyday people to understand its full potential and how to harness it. In his previous role at BigPay, he led the growth, product marketing and integrated marketing functions for the first challenger bank in Southeast Asia. He was part of the executive team that secured USD 100m in funding from one of the largest conglomerates in the region. He now works for a high growth B2B FinTech called Monizze.
CMO at Zai
Andrea is a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and investor in the FinTech space. She is a Fractional CMO and advisor to start-ups and was listed as one of The Top 30 Most Influential Fintech Marketers of 2021. After 10 years in the Middle East working on a public-private partnership for the Omani government, she returned to Ireland in 2013 where she spent over 5 years as CMO and Board Member of start-up GRID Finance. She is now global CMO of FinTech scale-up Zai, a B2B payments technology company and its sister B2C brand, CurrencyFair. Andrea sits on the board of the Irish International Business Network, is an advisory board member of the CMO Council, and until 2020, she was an advisory council member of the Small Firms Association in Ireland, a position she held since 2016. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Finance, is a Postgraduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketers, has an MBA from the University of Dublin (Trinity College Dublin) and is a Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA).
CMO at BCPE Groupe, Payments
With experiences both in Silicon Valley and across Europe (UK, Spain, and France) Yannick’s background spans from B2B Tech Sales to B2B product marketing, pricing, and growth strategy across a variety of tech companies such as Dell, LinkedIn, PayFit, and Groupe BPCE’s new Digital & Payment division. Based in Paris, Yannick most recently led product marketing at PayFit (France’s latest Unicorn valued at $2.2B). He is currently a CMO at Groupe BPCE where he leads product-market fit, growth, customer experience, and brand across a group of FinTech companies ranging from a PayTech platform (Dalenys) to a Banking-as-a-Service player (Xpollens).
