What will you be discussing at the upcoming Chief Marketing Officer Summit?
I will be discussing with other CMOs in the panel, how the pandemic has affected the way we interact with our customers, the way our teams collaborate and the acceleration in the adoption of digital tools to better serve our customers and partners.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
It is not just about marketing. Our customer's expectations have changed in terms of the way we have to interact with them. Marketing is the driving force in this cultural shift that has to involve the whole company.
Why do you think it is important to shine the light on the role of the CMO?
In a digital world, marketing has the responsibility to shape the journey of our customers and ultimately represent the identity of our company and how our customers perceive it.
Which other sessions are you looking forward to watching at the Chief Marketing Officer Summit?
What I love about digital events besides the insights that you can provide to marketeers like us is that whatever you miss, um you're able to watch it again on demand and and there are definitely a lot of very interesting sessions that I won't be able to to see, but I will definitely look at them on demand.
